تشكيل الحكومة العراقية عملية طويلة ومعقدة تطلبت الكثير من التنازلات والتفاهمات السياسية. عرقل تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة عدد من العوامل ، أبرزها عاملان: المناخ السياسي الحالي وضرورة استيعاب بعض الجهات السياسية. من أجل حل هذه المشاكل ، إذ على الحكومة الجديدة تقديم العديد من التنازلات وتقسيم الوزارات حسب الاستحقاق الانتخابي.

ان تشكيل الحكومة العراقية عملية طويلة ومعقدة تتطلب الكثير من التنازلات. يعتقد الكثير من الناس أن الحكومة الجديدة يجب أن تظل صغيرة وأن تشمل فقط المناصب الأكثر أهمية. ومع ذلك ، رأى آخرون أنه يجب أن يشمل ممثلين من جميع الأحزاب السياسية الرئيسية. بعد الكثير من النقاش ، سوف تضم الحكومة الجديدة ممثلين من معظم الأحزاب والجماعات السياسية الرئيسية. تسبب ذلك في بعض الجدل ، لكنه كان حلاً وسطًا اتفق علية كل من في السلطة، في حين أنه من الجيد إشراك الجميع في التشكيلة الوزارية ، إلا أن إنشاء حكومة ديمقراطية تمثيلية أمر أكثر تعقيدًا مما يدركه معظم الناس.

بعد ازدياد التضخم المالي وزيادة سعر الصرف وازدياد البطالة وزيادة نسبة الفقر بين المجتمع، الجميع يبحث عن منقذ لهم مهما كانت تسميته فالشاب العراقي يبحث عن تعيين والآخر يبحث عن مستقبل والشيخ الكبير يبحث عن المال من أجل لقمة العيش، الجميع مستاء مما يحصل بعد انتخابات 10 تشرين 2021.

هل يا ترى سوف يتم تحقيق جزء من تطلبات وحاجات الشعب من خلال الحكومة بعيدة عن المحاصصة وتقسيم الحصص بين الأحزاب الكبيرة والصغيرة؟ ننتظر الحقيبة الوزارية لرئيس مجلس الوزراء المكلف محمد شياع السوداني هل ينجح باختيار الوزراء بعيد عن المحاصصة السياسية؟، واختيار المديرين العاميين من الكفاءات والنخب؟ هل الحكومة المقبلة ستكون على مستوى التحديات وعند حُسن ظن الشعب العراقي وتطلعاته واحتياجاته الخدمية والمعاشية؟ ام له رأي آخر
