التجارة تعلن تجهيز مادة الطحين في كافة المحافظات

اعلنت وزارة التجارة، اليوم السبت، استمرار المتابعات الميدانية بخصوص السيطرة على أسعار الطحين بالسوق المحلية، مؤكدة أنها اتخذت إجراءات حازمة للحد من ارتفاع أسعار المادة في السوق العراقية.
وذكر بيان لوزارة التجارة تلقته وكالة أرض آشور الإخبارية ، أن “الدكتور علاء الجبوري، ترأس اليوم،اجتماعا موسعا للادارات العليا لدائرة الرقابة التجارية وشركتي تجارة الحبوب وتصنيع الحبوب وادارات فروعهما في كافة المحافظات لمناقشة اليات التجهيز والسيطرة على حركة اسعار مادة الطحين في السوق المحلية، وبذل قصارى الجهود للانتهاء من عمليات تجهيز الطحين في جميع المحافظات”.
وأكد الجبوري ، أن “هدف الاجتماع الاستماع الى وجهات النظر الدوائر المعنية في جميع محافظات البلاد وتشكيل لجان من هذه الجهات للحيلولة دون استمرار ارتفاع مادة الطحين”، لافتة إلى أن “جميع المؤشرات تؤكد أن أسعار الطحين ستنخفض في الأسواق المحلية مع توفر مادة الحنطة”.
وأضاف أن ” الاستعدادات تجري من الان للموسم التسويقي للحنطة فضلا عن التعاقد مع مناشئ أجنبية لتوفير مادة الحنطة وكذلك تعاقدات اخرى ستجريها الوزارة لتوفير مادة الحنطة ،
الوزير الجبوري اكد خلال الاجتماع ، أنه “من خلال متابعاتنا الميدانية لتدقيق اسعار الطحين في الاسواق التجارية اشرنا بعض الملاحظات ونريد وضع الحلول لها وفق اليات عمل مدروسه الهدف منها ايصال المادة ضمن توقيتاتها المحددة للمواطنين باعتبارها مادة اساسية في المائدة العراقية”.
وتابع، أن “الوضع العام للحنطة جيد” و لاعلاقة لتاخير التجهيز بنقص الحنطة في مخازن التجارة ، ونمتلك خزين وموزع في المحافظات و لانسمح لاي ادارة فرع ان بالتحدث سلبا والادلاء باي معلومة خاطئة عن خزين مادة الحنطة التي تؤثرا سلبا على الرأي العام”.
ووجه الجبوري، الادارات العليا الى “توحيد فترات التجهيز والالتزام بجدول التوزيع لدى الوكلاء وبالتنسيق العالي بين الشركات ، وايجاد طرق وبدائل للسيطرة على الاسعار في السوق المحلية وخلق خطة مدروسة لفترات معينة وتفعيل تجربة الطحين التجاري وفتح استيراد الحنطة ودراسة تقديرات الكميات المتوقع تسويقها للموسم القادم ورسم السياسة الاستيرادية للوزارة فضلا عن توجيه ادارات الفروع بالتواصل الشخصي و اليومي والنزول للسوق لمعرفه الاسعار وضرورة بناء علاقة مع الجهات ذات العلاقة في المحافظة”.
واشار الوزير، إلى أن وزارته “امنت شراء ١٥٠ الف طن من الحنطة المستوردة وستصل خلال ايام فضلا عن التعاقد لشراء كميات اخرى مع اقتراب الموسم التسويقي لعام 2022 بعد وضع دراسة لانجاحه وتامين المستحقات المالية كون الجانب المادي شي مهم للفلاح وتاخيرها يربك خطط الوزاره ولابد من استلام كميات الحنطة المنتجه وبالدرجات المقررة وفق الاسعار التي تحدد وحسب كل درجة وبامكانية قيام شركة الحبوب بتشغيل معامل الغربله والتي تدر بالفائدة للوزارة”.
وشدد الوزير، أن “وزارة التجارة خطت خطوات ومشاريع مهمة واستراتيجية اهمها انتاج الطحين الابيض وانشاء المطاحن التجارية لانتاج الطحين الصفر ومحاولة الاعتماد عليها بدلا” من الاستيردات الخارجية للحفاظ على العملة الصعبة وتشغيل الايدي العاملة المحلية .

Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Trade announced the continuation of field follow-ups regarding the control of flour prices in the local market, stressing that it had taken firm measures to limit the rise in the prices of the material in the Iraqi market.
A statement by the Ministry of Trade stated, “Dr. Alaa Al-Jubouri, today, chaired an expanded meeting of the higher departments of the Department of Trade Control and the two grain trading and grain manufacturing companies and the departments of their branches in provinces to discuss equipping ways and control the movement of flour prices in the local market, and make every effort to complete the operations of equipping flour in all governorates.
Al-Jubouri stressed, “The aim of the meeting is to listen to the views of the concerned departments in all governorates of the country and to form committees from these parties to prevent the continued rise of flour,” pointing out that “all indicators confirm that flour prices will decrease in local markets with the availability of flour.”
Added, “Preparations are taking place from now on for the marketing season for wheat, as well as contracting with foreign origins to provide wheat material, as well as other contracts that the Ministry will make to provide wheat material.”
Minister Al-Jubouri confirmed during the meeting, that “through our field follow-ups to check the prices of flour in the commercial markets, we see some observations and we want to make solutions for it according to well-studied work ways aimed at delivering the material within its specific timings to the citizens as it is an essential item in theirs food.”
He continued, “The general condition of the wheat is good” and the delay in equipping has nothing to do with the shortage of wheat in the trade stores, and we have a warehouse and distributor in the governorates, and we do not allow any administration of branches for speaking negatively and give any false information about the storage of wheat material, which negatively affects public opinion.
Al-Jubouri directed the higher administrations to “unify the equipped periods and adhere to the distribution schedule with the agents and in high coordination between companies, find ways and alternatives to control prices in the local market, create a well-studied plan for certain periods, activate the commercial flour experiment, open the import of wheat, study estimates of quantities expected to be marketed for the next season” In addition to directing the branch administrations through personal and daily communication and going to the market to know the prices and the need to build a relationship with the relevant authorities in the governorate.
The minister pointed out that his ministry “secured the purchase of 150,000 tons of imported wheat, which will arrive within days, as well as a contract to purchase other quantities with the approach of the 2022 marketing season, after drawing up a study for its success and securing the financial dues, as the material aspect is an important thing for the farmer, and its delay confuses the Ministry’s plans and must be received.” The quantities of wheat produced and in the prescribed grades, according to the prices that are determined and according to each grade, and the possibility for the grain company to operate the screening plants, which generates interest for the Ministry.
The minister stressed, “The Ministry of Trade has taken important and strategic steps and projects, the most important of which is the production of white flour and the establishment of commercial mills to produce white flour and trying to rely on it instead of” foreign imports to preserve hard currency and operate local labor.
