ديوان الرقابة المالية وهيئة الإعلام والاتصالات يبحثان آفاق التنسيق المشترك وتحسين الأداء

في تأكيدٍ راسخ على النهج المؤسسي لديوان الرقابة المالية الاتحادي القائم على تقديم العون الفني والدعم المهني المستمر، يواصل الديوان دوره الرقابي التكاملي تجاه الجهات الخاضعة لرقابته، من خلال استقبال السيد رئيس الديوان المحاسب القانوني (د. عمار صبحي خلف )اليوم الأربعاء الموافق ١٧ / ١٢ / ٢٠٢٥ في مكتبه ، السيد رئيس مجلس مفوضي هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات( د. بلاسم سالم ) ، بحضور السيد نائب رئيس الديوان المحاسب القانوني( د عبد الكريم فارس عبد الامير ) وكادر متقدم من الديوان ، وبحضور عضو مجلس مفوضي هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات ونقيب الصحفيين العراقيين السيد (مؤيد اللامي ) والوفد المرافق له، وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك بين الديوان وهيئة الإعلام والاتصالات، ولا سيما في المجالات ذات الصلة بالرقابة المالية وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي، وتعزيز الشفافية، بما يسهم في ترسيخ مبادئ النزاهة وحسن الإدارة.
وأكد الجانبان كذلك على أهمية التنسيق والتكامل بين المؤسسات الرقابية والإعلامية، ودور الإعلام المهني في دعم جهود الإصلاح وحماية المال العام، فضلاً عن تبادل الخبرات بما يحقق المصلحة العامة

In a resolute confirmation of the institutional approach of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit, which is based on providing continuous technical assistance and professional support, the FBSA continues its integrated oversight role towards the auditees . Today, Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in his office, His Excellency President of the Board, Certified Public Accountant (Dr. Ammar Subhi Khalaf), received the Head of the Media and Communications Commission Board of Commissioners (Dr. Balasim Salim).

The meeting was attended by the Deputy President of the Board, Certified Public Accountant (Dr. Abdul Karim Fares Abdul Ameer) and a senior cadre from the Board, as well as a member of the Media and Communications Commission Board of Commissioners and the President of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Mr. (Muayad Al-Lami), and his accompanying delegation.

The meeting explored prospects for joint cooperation between the Board and the Media and Communications Commission, particularly in areas related to financial oversight, improving institutional performance, and enhancing transparency. This contributes to entrenching the principles of integrity and good governance.

Both sides also emphasized the importance of coordination and integration between oversight and media institutions, and the role of professional media in supporting reform efforts and protecting public funds, in addition to exchanging expertise to achieve the public interest.
