الشركة العراقية للكفالات المصرفية توقّع مذكرة تفاهم مع منظمة العمل الدولية لإطلاق مشروع استراتيجي بدعم من بنك التنمية الألماني (KfW)
أعلنت الشركة العراقية للكفالات المصرفية،اليوم السبت ، عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع منظمة العمل الدولية (ILO)، لإطلاق مشروع مشترك استراتيجي، وذلك بدعم وتمويل من بنك التنمية الألماني (KfW).
يهدف المشروع إلى إنشاء صندوق ضمان ائتماني يموّله بنك التنمية الألماني لضمان قروض المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في العراق، بما يسهّل وصول رواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشاريع إلى التمويل. كما يتضمن المشروع برنامجاً لتطوير القدرات المؤسسية والأنظمة التشغيلية للشركة العراقية للكفالات، إلى جانب برنامج ضمانات خاصة موجهة للنساء ودعم ريادة الأعمال.
وقد تم إعداد هذا المشروع وتنفيذه بالتنسيق مع البنك المركزي العراقي ووزارة التخطيط العراقية، في خطوة تعكس التزام الأطراف المعنية بتعزيز بيئة التمويل الشامل وتحفيز النمو الاقتصادي من خلال دعم القطاع الخاص
أن هذا المشروع يمثل نقلة نوعية في تطوير منظومة الضمان الائتماني في العراق، ويعكس ثقة المجتمع الدولي في قدرات الشركة ومصداقيتها في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة.
The Iraqi Company for Bank Guarantees Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Labour Organization to Launch a Strategic Project Supported by the German Development Bank (KfW)
The Iraqi Company for Bank Guarantees has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the International Labour Organization (ILO) to launch a joint strategic project with the support and funding of the German Development Bank (KfW).
The project aims to establish a credit guarantee fund financed by the German Development Bank to guarantee loans for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Iraq, thereby facilitating access to finance for entrepreneurs and business owners. The project also includes a program for developing the institutional capacities and operational systems of the Iraqi Company for Guarantees, in addition to a special guarantee program directed towards women and supporting entrepreneurship.
This project has been prepared and implemented in coordination with the Central Bank of Iraq and the Iraqi Ministry of Planning, in a step that reflects the commitment of the concerned parties to promoting an inclusive financing environment and stimulating economic growth by supporting the private sector.
This project represents a qualitative leap in the development of the credit guarantee system in Iraq and reflects the international community’s confidence in the company’s capabilities and credibility in supporting sustainable economic development.
