وزير التجارة يلتقي رئيس ممثلية إقليم كوردستان في بغداد لبحث ملفات صرف مستحقات الفلاحين واجراءات تجهيز السلة الغذائية والطحين
التقى وزير التجارة الدكتور علاء الجبوري في مكتبه رئيس ممثلية إقليم كوردستان في بغداد فارس عيسى لبحث عدد من ملفات اهمها كيفية صرف مستحقات فلاحي اقليم كردستان للاعوام الماضية وتجهيز واستلام مفردات السلة الغذائية والطحين لعوائل الاقليم واجراءات الرقابة بمايتعلق بالتجهيز والاستلام والحجب .
واكد الوزير الجبوري خلال اللقاء ، ان “التعاون بين الحكومة الاتحادية من خلال وزارة التجارة ووزارة التجارة في الاقليم يتصف بالايجابية وحقق نسبا من النجاح اعتمادا على الدستور الذي رسم العلاقة بين المركز والاقليم، ومن اجل ان تكون خدمة موحدة لجميع المواطنين العراقيين”.
وتابع أن “هناك اهتماما مباشرا من دولة رئيس الوزراء بأهمية التنسيق مع حكومة الاقليم وايجاد سبل التعاون والتنسيق في كثير من هذه الملفات بما يسهم في خدمة المواطنين في جميع المحافظات”.
مؤكدا في الوقت ذاته ان وزارته تسعي مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لحل ملف مستحقات الفلاحين للاعوام الماضية وبالتعاون والتسيق مع الاقليم لحسم هذا الملف .
من جانبه اكد رئيس ممثلية كردستان في بغداد فارس عيسى على ضرورة صرف مستحقات فلاحي إقليم كوردستان للأعوام التسويقية فضلا عن التعاون المشترك لتحقيق الانسيابية بالاستلام والتجهيز لمفردات السلة الغذائية والطحين ومضاعفة جهود الطرفين في تشديد الرقابة لتحقيق ذلك وبما يخدم الصالح العام .

The Minister of Trade, Dr. Alaa Al-Jubouri, met in his office, the head of the Kurdistan Region’s representative in Baghdad, Faris Issa, to discuss a number of files, the most important of which is how to disburse the dues of farmers region for the past years, in Kurdistan’s. and receipt of food basket items and flour for the families, and control procedures regarding equipping, receiving and withholding.
Minister al-Jubouri stressed during the meeting, that “the cooperation with the federal government through the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Commerce in the Kurdistan is positive and has achieved success rates based on the constitution that outlines the relationship in order to a unified service for all Iraqis citizens.”
He added, “There is a direct interest from the Prime Minister in the importance of coordination with the regional government and finding ways of cooperation and coordination in many of these files, in a way that contributes to serving citizens in all governorates.”
Stressing at the same time that his ministry is seeking with the relevant authorities to resolve the file of farmers’ entitlements for the past years and in cooperation and coordination with the region to resolve this file.
For his part, the head of the Kurdistan representative in Baghdad, Faris Issa, stressed the necessity of disbursing the dues of the farmers of the Kurdistan Region for the marketing years, as well as joint cooperation to achieve the flow of receipt and equipped the Food items by double the efforts of the two parties in tightening control to achieve this and in a manner that serves the public interest.
