أعلنت مديرية الاستخبارات العسكرية، اليوم الأحد، عن القاء القبض على ( 28 ) متهماً بينهم مطلوبين اثنين بأحكام إرهابية في خمس محافظات.
جاء ذلك بعمليات استباقية وجهود استخبارية مميزة لقسمي وشعب ( استخبارات وأمن ) قيادة عمليات البصرة وميسان والفرقة الرابعة عشر والسادسة عشر والسابعة عشر وبالتعاون مع استخبارات وقوة من ألوية تلك القيادات تم نصب كمائن محكمة في مناطق المحافظات ( بغداد والبصرة وميسان ونينوى وكركوك ) حيث أسفرت عن إلقاء القبض على إرهابيين اثنين مطلوبين للقضاء وفق أحكام المادة( 4 إرهاب ) في قضائي المجر الكبير وقلعة صالح و ( 26 ) متهما بقضايا قانونية متنوعة في مناطق متفرقة من المحافظات ذاتها، وقد جرى تسليمهم إلى الجهات المعنية أصولياً.
Military Intelligence arrested (28) suspects, including two wanted persons with terrorist convictions, in five governorates
With pre-emptive operations and distinguished intelligence efforts of departments and divisions (intelligence and security), the Basra and Maysan Operations Command, and the fourteenth, sixteenth, and seventeenth division, and in cooperation with intelligence and a force from the brigades of those commands, tight ambushes were set up in the provinces (Baghdad, Basra, Maysan, Nineveh, and Kirkuk), which resulted in the arrest of Two terrorists wanted by the judiciary in accordance with the provisions of Article (4 terrorism) in the Magar Al-Kabir and Qalaat Saleh districts, and (26) accused of various legal cases in separate areas of the same governorates. They have been duly handed over to the concerned authorities.
