الحلبوسي يلتقي رئيس الجمهورية التركي

التقى رئيس مجلس النواب محمد الحلبوسي اليوم السبت، رئيسَ الجمهورية التركي السيد رجب طيب أردوغان في إسطنبول.

وفي مستهلِّ اللقاء، تمنى سيادته دوام الصحة والعافية للرئيس التركي بعد شفائه من فيروس كورونا.

وجرى، خلال اللقاء، بحضور رئيس تحالف السيادة الشيخ خميس الخنجر والسيد هاكان فيدان ، بحث العلاقات الثنائية والتنسيق والتعاون بين البلدين في المجالات كافة، ومنها الاقتصادي والتجاري، فضلاً عن دعم العراق في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب، والتعاون في تبادل المعلومات الأمنية والاستخبارية.

كما ناقش اللقاء موضوع تسهيل إجراءات منح التأشيرة للعراقيين، حيث وجَّه الرئيس التركي باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بهذا الصدد.

من جهته، أكد السيد أردوغان دعمه للعراق ومؤسساته الدستورية، واستمرار التعاون والتنسيق بما يحقق أمن الشعب العراقي وخدمته واستقراره.

Al-Halboosi meets the President of the Turkish Republic

The Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi met in Istanbul on Saturday the President of the Turkish Republic, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency wished the Turkish President continued health and wellness, after his recovery from the Corona virus.

The meeting, which was attended by the head of the Sovereignty Alliance Sheikh Khamis al-Khanjar and Mr. Hakan Vedan, discussed bilateral relations, coordination and cooperation between the two countries in all fields, including economic and trade, as well as Iraq’s support in the fight against terrorism and cooperation in exchanging security and intelligence information.

The meeting discussed the issue of facilitating visa procedures for Iraqis, where the Turkish President directed to take the necessary measures in this regard.

For his part, Mr. Erdogan affirmed his support for Iraq and its constitutional institutions and the continuation of cooperation and coordination in a way that achieves security and stability in Iraq and serve Iraqi people.
