الاستخبارات العسكرية تلقي القبض على( 5 ) إرهابيين و( 19 ) متهماً بقضايا متنوعة في مناطق متفرقة من البلاد

أعلنت مديرية الاستخبارات العسكرية، اليوم الاثنين، عن القاء القبض على( 5 ) إرهابيين و( 19 ) متهماً بقضايا متنوعة في مناطق متفرقة من البلاد.
جاء ذلك بعمليات استباقية وجهود استخبارية متميزة لأقسام وشعب( استخبارات وأمن ) قيادة عمليات ديالى وبغداد وميسان والفرق السادسة والسابعة والثامنة والعاشرة السادسة عشر والسابعة عشر وبالتعاون مع استخبارات وقوة من ألوية تلك القيادات تم نصب كمائن محكمة في المحافظات ( بغداد والانبار وميسان وديالى ونينوى وكركوك ) حيث أسفرت عن إلقاء القبض على( 5 ) إرهابيين مطلوبين للقضاء وفق أحكام المادة( 4 إرهاب ) في قضاء الطارمية والقائم والرمادي وناحية تل عبطة و ( 19 ) متهماً بمواد قانونية مختلفة في مناطق متفرقة من المحافظات ذاتها،وقد تم تسليمهم إلى جهات الطلب أصولياً.

With pre-emptive operations and distinguished intelligence efforts of the departments and divisions (intelligence and security), the Diyala, Baghdad, Maysan Operations Command, and the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, and Tenth Divisions, the sixteenth and seventeenth, and in cooperation with the intelligence and force of the brigades of those commands, court ambushes were set up in the provinces (Baghdad, Anbar, Maysan, Diyala, Nineveh, and Kirkuk), which resulted in The arrest of (5) terrorists wanted by the judiciary in accordance with the provisions of Article (4 terrorism) in the districts of Tarmiya, Al-Qaim, Al-Ramadi, and Tal Abta district, and (19) accused of various legal articles in separate areas of the same governorates, and they were duly handed over to the requesting authorities.
